Our engagements follow a loadout-style plan: discover sources, harden the path, prove replay, then hand off operations. This page explains how scoped projects and advisory retainers are structured.
Phases
- Discovery — inventory sources, volumes, SLAs, and existing orchestration. Output: scope memo and risk register.
- Blueprint — target schema, partition strategy, idempotency keys, and test matrix. Output: signed technical design.
- Build — incremental delivery with CI checks on transforms and contract tests on payloads.
- Prove replay — backfill drill and failure injection on a non-production environment.
- Handover — runbooks, alerting hooks, and optional advisory hours for the first production month.
Pricing shape
Fees are quoted per statement of work after discovery. Starting engagements are typically structured as a fixed fee for blueprint plus build milestones; advisory blocks are billed monthly in advance. Exact amounts depend on source complexity and environments — we do not publish list prices on this site.
